Whilst the hotel is well positioned, the lack of basic maintenance couldn't go unnoticed. Running toilets, lack of shower screen, lifts out of order, curtains that clearly have not been washed for months - it just detracted from our stay. Staff were friendly enough but not really attentive to their customers.

5 nights, was pretty nice here. Staff weren't super helpful but nice enough. I didn't like the shower over the bath, and there was no plug if you did want a bath. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet inside even though it was centrally located.

Thank you to the team at Mercure Perth for our lovely stay over the Easter weekend with the 7 rooms booked for a family function. We were spoilt with the Easter egg goodies and free drink. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The RHR rate was good value for money. Would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

Only an overnight stay but room was clean and as expected. Was provided with drinks voucher and bottle of wine as gold member which was appreciated. Location of Mercure is very good being so central and easy to walk anywhere in city.
