The room is nice, although dated. I don’t understand who considered a good idea to have the sleeping area first and the relaxation area first. Clearly, a renovation is in order. The hotel should be better ventilated and/or the inside air filtered. The sense of permanent moisture is always present. There is always a car parked in the pedestrian access to indoor parking, blocking access to emergency services. Breakfast has a “daily surprise” which is completely unsurprisingly the same every day (even after two weeks). It served its purpose but it will move to the end of the list for Darwin.

Carpets stained and smell bad

The fittings are outdated. The toilet is stained and the carpets smell really bad. My daughter left her toy bunny on the bed and I called back the next day, they said nothing was found.

Disappointing when you weren't told when booking the hotel that it was under construction. Works on rooms starting at 7am while rooms next door occupied. Day we arrived we got stuck in the lift and played up during my stay. Other than that the staff were very friendly and house keeping did a wonderful job.
