Despite a short one night stay, staff prepared a thoughtful fruit basket with my name in chocolate written on it. Wow! As a gold member, I always have a welcome card in my room, but my name on chocolates, that's a first and special ! Thank you Ibis Jakarta Slipi !

今回は宿泊ではなく、早朝からお昼のチェックアウトと言うショートでの滞在でした。 場所もジャカルタでどちらにも動ける立地と、急遽フロントに行って休憩の申し込みをしたにもかかわらず柔軟な対応、フロントの方の笑顔が良く、朝食ブッフェも申し分ないメニュー、お部屋も綺麗でした。 また滞在したいホテルでオススメ致します。

A busy hotel with friendly, well trained staff. There is a choice of dining areas with a reasonable menu selection. The staff make a good coffee! Has a dedicated bar with a nice cold beer on tap. For me, it is a reasonable price and convenient location for multiple business trips near South and Central Jakarta.

The effective & efficient service can be found at Ibis Slip Hotel Jakarta where most of the business traveler will have a good nice and easy services within the hotel. From booking online, welcome on arrival, checking in, the room condition all was good. The service in the bar and the bar snacks were extremely good. Check out was very simple with no fuss or problems. The only difficulty is now with the entry and exit to the hotel premises from the road and arrangement of the taxis.

the shampoo dispenser in my room was damaged and it cannot use at all. I have to use the soap for my shower for the 1st night. I informed the front counter staff on the next morning before I want out for meeting, when I came back to the hotel at night, the shampoo dispenser still cannot be used, nothing has been done to this issue. I have to use the soap for my shower again.

My favorite place in Jakarta and I think I have been staying here most of all my visits to this city ... this time though i was a bit disappointed on two counts Lighting in the room or rather lack of it ... the new lighting system is so dim that it is difficult to read inside the room ...and WIFi was not at all upto the mark so as to say in terms of speed or rather lack of it ... rest was all fine ...and the two aberrations above took of 1 star from my rating

My visit to Ibis hotel went very smoothly from fist arrival until departure. This hotel is in an excellent location for both business and holiday. All the hotel staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, due to unforseen circumstances it was necessary to extend my stay and this was done with no problem. All in all I can fully re-commend this hotel and all the staff

When I arrive at the Ibis Slipi Hotel everybody are welcome and I just need a few second to get the room key, by showing my Gold Accor Member. The same experiences we can get when we did check out from the Hotel. We do hope there will be another surprise when we come back to Ibis Slipi Hotel Jakarta

From arriving outside the front entrance until leaving at the end of my stay everything went very smoothly. No troubles checking in, the room was as requested, hotel staff very efficient and also very friendly. All hotel facilities were of a good standard. All in all a very good hotel to stay

Booked online and all was extremely clear and easy to do. On arrival the reception staff were very courteous and had all the necessary paperwork ready which greatly reduces the time taken. The room was clean and tidy, the room lighting is a little low and could really do with brightening up. all the staff were extremely helpful and when I needed to extend my stay there was no problem. The only negative comments are that the menu is a little limited both for Indonesian and foreign foods, the other comment is that the entry sign for the rear entrance is a little small and taxi drivers do struggle sometimes. Overall a very good hotel with a reasonable price

I had a pleasant stay at this Ibis Hotel. The rooms are comfy with really cozy beds. Staff are nice and always willing to assist.. always with warm smiles. The hotel has all the facilities that I require, including a nice gym & pool. I guess the only set back is that its located a distance from the shopping malls and eateries, where one nees transport to access.

I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. The first impression of the hotel was very old and not friendly. First, i had to wait for check-in as only 1 officer at that time, it was around 10 pm. Dedicated checkin counter for leclub member was there but no one took care of the check-in process. When i asked the availability for upgraded room, i couldnt get upgraded for the first night as there was availability issue, which i totally understand. However i noticed for the following nights a lot of empty room and still i did not get upgraded. On the room issue, bathroom and bedroom were clean but unfortunately the bedcover was not clean. Some dirt marks were seen on the bedcover folds. They gave me the special welcome package for gold member though. In this hotel, you will not get a free parking like any other ibis (or accorhotel), they still charge you USD 0.3/entry. Still cheap but just different than any other accorhotel. Bar closes at 11 pm, which is very weird. Normal bar closes at 2 am if it is not open 24 hrs. The unpleasant experience came from laundry side. The laundry did not deliver as written in the laundry bill. They hold our laundry for more than 48 hrs. Their reason was because we havent paid, while we couldnt pay as we didn't now what is the total cost. Normally we pay everything while we are checking out. Breakfast was ok but you need to expect similar food everyday. Same fruit, same wafels, same pancake, same fried rice. The local cuisine were good but pretty much similar everyday. When i came to the hotel, i guess a lot of government events were held so the membership did not really help to get the benefit from the hotel. I really hope that Ibis works on the improvement.

Unfortunately, we could not upgrade you on your stay, we have limited number of junior suite and they were fully book at that period. About the Onyx Bar & Lounge is open till 2 am, I will investigate to make sure to understand what happen and avoid any misunderstanding. Regarding the laundry, this is our procedure when our guest are paiying their room in cash basis and no CC guarantee was taken. We probably did not explain properly and I will communicate your comment to my front office team.
