I stayed in Ibis Slip 17-19 March 2020 and felt extremely dissatisfied with the breakfast service. The main menu was terrible only lontong and tahu kecap, bubur only without chicken. I understand the number of guests was very low and maybe Ibis would like to do some efficiencies. If so, Ibis could have sold the room only without breakfast. I will never stay again in Ibis Slipi forever.

I was so busy so I call hotel for reservation 2 rooms from my town Malang midnight. Even midnight but hotel staff name Andrew is very helpful. Fast respon. Dear Mr Pierrick, It's a pleasure to give feed back about our stay in Ibis Slipi. Since this place is Mr Hoffmann fave stay due to the vegan food available and the hospitality of your team we thank you for that. We understand that your place sometimes fully booked for some company gathering and must be not easy to mantain the lobby toilet tht being use for everyone who come by. It would be great to keep the toilet close to restaurant clean, specially the ladies room. We know some of your cleaning service work very hard to keep it neat and tidy, still it would be great to have clean n nice scent toilet. good check in process..BUT severals fact should be improved; i.e. Louvre grill of Air Conditioning in side room on ceiling must be more frequently to be cleaned. I found in my room dusty condition and already in thick layer of dust. Variety of food is NOT much change since several years ago when I was last visit up today...hmmm. And one suggestion, if possible to cooperate with ATM counter of one or two banks will be better for guest necessary. sometime guest need cash for payment to taxi or buy something.

Stay junior suite room is great, room is clean and has more space.to store luggage. The room attendant need to pay attention in details as the toilet paper holder was broken i believe it has been for a while but never been fixed so I have to put the toilet paper on the vanity shelve. Staffs great they are friendly. Location is not favorable far from the shopping mall and the road always traffic.

1. I arrived at the hotel at 13.50, the room wasn't ready yet, but it's find coz i know that usually we can stay at 14.00 pm, but in the end i was able to enter the room at 16.00 pm because the reception said that the previous guest just left at 14.30 and the room was still being prepared by housekeeping. 2. at that moment there's no welcome drink also (I see the water in the gallon is empty, but.. sorry, i mean you should refill it when it empty, right?) - 3. I know i stay in there use a complimentary voucher, but before i stay i already send email to reservation and request for bath tub at Junior Suite Room, but it turns out a room with no bath tub
