Hard to find and very dirty!

There are no signs leading to the hotel and we asked 7 airport employees for directions. Each one sent us the wrong direction. It took us an hour to find the hotel. When we got in the room, it was covered in hair and the sheets were stained. This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. I will never stay here again and urge everyone to STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

My flight to Amsterdam was canceled at 9p and in the chaos of trying to get rebooked, I couldn’t find how to cancel my booking at your hotel. I found a way to send a message but haven’t heard anything!!! I was rebooked through Paris and had to spend an extra night in Vienna, so I never made it to Amsterdam. I would really appreciate a refund since this was beyond my control!!!! Amanda B..

The hotel room is great given that we paid 158$ CDN. Although small, it has almost everything you might need except coffee/tea and bar fridge. Luggage rack, yeah! I cannot however recommend the dinner menu. My husband’s pizza and my Caesar salad were horrible. We are pretty sure that it was made from frozen as were my bitter bollen. Caesar salad had tomatoes, cucumber, dry chicken and a few romaine lettuce leaves all drowning in a salad dressing that was definitely not Caesar… There is however free coffee and tea and these are wonderful!

Wow. The lady who greeted us was friendly and efficient. Told us the mobility assistant would be with us early morning before we even checked in. Wonderful. The room was large with a great shower room. There were chairs and a desk. I had been expecting a roo. With a shelf bed and I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the room was. The carry in or out breakfast was lovely and reasonable. My only negative was there were no mugs for the tea and coffee. No problem the nice girl gave me two disposable cups. Edward the morning reception helped us onto the mobility assistance by calling our room. Very pleasant gentleman too. All in all will use this again as reasonably priced for an airside hotel. Bravo.

Arrived in the evening and left immediately in the morning. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of international outlets in the room.
