The staff that I interacted with were great. I had a guest with me whom I paid for their Breakfast - $45 was rather excessive for what was on offer. None of the hot food items were actually hot - each was on an element but they were off. Rather disappointing. I also ordered a Sundae through room service - it looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel book.

The body lotion in the bathroom that I've come to love was unfortunately empty, and 2 of the 4 coffee pods were decaf - neither a big deal and otherwise a good trip, just minor things that would have nice to have.
