I left to go out all day to go to meetings and got home at 5 and room wasn't cleaned. At 515pm i had to get ready for a night time event and I got a knock on the door it was the cleaner. I asked him to come back in 20 min after I got ready. Next thing I knew the cleaning supervisor was on my phone saying she wanted to send him home as he was finished for the day. How is that my fault?

I’ve never visited Auckland before this trip. I knew I wanted to stay near the harbor, so I picked Mövenpick. It was a great choice: near the harbor and all the great activities there. And, of course, the hotel itself was excellent! Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff.
