Great base to explore the city

This was my first time to Romania & Bucharest - and I hope to return again! Very comfortable room and when I called reception about my air conditioning they came to my room to fix it straight away. The hotel is near to a lovely park and river area which is lovely, plus a very affordable taxi to other areas of the centre. Also I have to mention the service by the lady working in the L’Arpège bar who helped me with my room service - I think her name is Felizia or something like that - wonderful service! Although a relatively basic hotel for facilities, the staff are helpful & the rooms are comfortable. My purpose for writing this review though is one employee who really shines- Felicia. I have visited 3 times with work in 3 months and Felicia manages the bar & food (frequently on her own) and no matter how late in the night it is, she is always so welcoming and accommodating. I have seen large groups of guests arrive as the bar is due to close and her long shift ending but Felicia always makes the time to serve her guests with kindness. Customer service can be efficient but quite cool in some hotels and restaurants I’ve visited in Bucharest but Felicia always smiles and never rushes her guests. Great job

Great for hosting business conferences

Florina Alecu was outstanding, she provided all the support needed as quick as possible. Best hotel I could ever stay at!

The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the view is always nice, especially in the night, even if the room is upper or lower with one level! :) The staff is friendly, professional. They are aready to help you with every single problem.
