Overall good stay. Clean and bright hotel. The rooms were too hot (having the ability to control heat/cool in the room would have been nice). Bathrooms were decorated nicely but the counter top/sink was too small.

Front desk staff is really nice and friendly. They helped me a lot. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. Rooms are clean and cozy. Facilities very well maintained. Location is also good, 10 minutes walk from castle.

It was not possible to setup the desired temperature in the room. Simply was too hot. I had to keep the window open all the time. Railway station is in the neighborhood so with open window it was quite loud in the room. The second topic is breakfast, you have to take care of a bigger set of food available for guests. The third is Reception desk(s). it was not a good idea to create separate desks. it looks like temporary solution. many times there was only one person there which caused a queue of waiting guests.

Good location, good service, nice staff, clean. Stay 3 night sebagai member ALL good, dpt upgrade room ke benefit room (hanya di refill 2x), early check in, late check out, welcome greetings, sangat berarti karena bus kami jam 7pm. Thanks to Eszter Tami atas hospitality-nya.
