I am a business traveller and the Hotel is for me nicely located. Food at dinner is good yet I found a strong quality decrease at breakfast. The rooms are OK equipped with the basic stuff. Lightning in the room should be improved, it is way to low.

It is always encouraging to receive positive feeback from our clients. However, we are surprised by your comment about our breakfast, as we mainly have changed the presentation compared to pre-Covid time. Without taking to much of your time, could you please tell us more precisely what should be improved and how, according to you. Your feedback is precious, as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. To answer your question, as a platinum client, we offered you an upgrade during your last stay, but you could also have asked for a free early check-in or late check-out. In such case, we will do our best to satisfy your demand depending on our availability. For your information, we have already fully renovated 60 out of our 108 rooms, in which the lightning has been improved and more sockets have been added. The remaining rooms will be done by the end of the year. We would be glad to make you discover one of them during your next stay, so that you can appreciate the change. Restaurant experience was ok - magnetique carte not working - electric board in the room 500 extremely noisy pushing me to switch all during the night. Good quality of food and service fast enough
