We had a flight cancellation leaving us stranded for 48 hours when every hotel in the city was booked due to conferences. We were able to make a daytime reservation from 11:00 to 18:00 allowing us to shower and rest after a night stuck at the airport before heading back to catch our replacement flight. Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful.

Booked a trip via the app with the booking confirmed. On the day of my arrival, checked to app to see that the booking had been cancelled. There was no notification provided beforehand leaving me without any accommodation for the weekend. Called the hotel and was told that the card had been rejected and there was nothing they could do. A I had to make a new booking with rates that were 30% more expensive per night. A simple notification, email or otherwise would have prevented the entire episode No effort whatsoever was made to try to resolve the solution. Instead I was repeatedly told "I understand, but I cannot help". This will be my last Accor booking on all business/leisure travel as ALL has continuously disappointed me putting all sorts of caveats to bookings and qualifying for points. No customer focus whatsoever. Every query to clarify is met with "Sorry, we cannot help". No value provided by the loyalty program when compared to other hotel brands

A great and very clean hotel situated about two blocks from the station and the local shopping centre/mall. There are some good restaurants in the area and although we only spend one day, there was a lot of activity in the area. They also serve breakfast.

I have never hated a hotel more. I didn’t realize it didn’t have air conditioning. How is that possible in Lisbon?! The sheets were so rough to the touch. Towels too. The room was a shoebox. It was more like a college dorm. I can’t think of one decent thing to say. It was clean, actually. But I can’t believe a “hotel” can charge this much! I needed a place that takes dogs and the Melia was fully booked. I could not wait to leave that muggy scratchy room. Ugh! TERRIBLE!!!!
