We had a beautiful afternoon tea in the most gorgeous setting on the banks of the river Nile. Small sandwiches, pastries, fresh fruit and unlimited mint tea. We were free to wander at will around the hotel grounds and public areas. A lovely experience.

Amazing service, friendly staff, beautiful hotel, stunning gardens, great views, would definitely stay here again. The room was beautiful and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Nice touches of excellence.

Dinner at the Saraya restaurant was really poor. The food was quite bland, expensive and not satisfactory. However, service was exceptional, rooms were beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Breakfast was also great!

Incredible iconic hotel that totally lives up to the reputation. Stunning hotel, rooms, view. Incredible experience. Would 100% stay there again. Only slight grumble is that we didn’t find the restaurants as good as other hotels/cruise in Egypt.
