This hotel is perfectly positioned in Luxor - right behind the Winter Palace and sharing the extensive grounds of the Winter Palace. The location is right on the river close to the Luxor Temple and not far from the Karnak Temple. It is quiet and peaceful yet so close to all Luxor activities.

Loved our stay at the pavilion. Comfortable rooms with balcony, fantastic breakfast buffet, beautiful gardens and large pool. The staff is incredible! So welcoming. Security is at the entrances and some shopping on site. Very close to Luxor temple and the Market. The Nile is just across the street. Would definitely stay again.

Just a small point however more the indicator than the actual issue. I noticed no tea and coffee facilities in the room so I called down to request some only to be advised would be extra charge 🤣 really even 1 star hostels offer this basic service It's took 55 minutes 3 phone calls and 3 visits to the room before tea making could commence 🤣🤣🤣 1st delivery . kettle (do you need anything else) 🤣 2nd delivery tea bags 2 coffee pods (any thing else) 3rd delivery cups I really do love this hotel and stay here several times and year . I am only placing this feedback to assist the hotel improve on certain areas of customer service

The best experience in Egypt; people are genuinly friendly, the bed is super soft, the view over the garden in stunning, the breakfast overseeing the garden with flamingo’s walking around is magnificent, the 5 star treatment, room service, spacious terrace, pool beds and restaurant, the beste wifi connectionu in Egypt .. it was worth every single penny! Would recommend it to everyone who wants to relax after a cruise on the Nile. Seeing you use all the Sofitel’s facilities, this hotel gives you the best price-quality in Luxor!

This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden. De staff is really very friendly en helpful. We miss only coffee en thee facilities on our room. Especially because for a trip you leave before breakfast. And the mini barr wasn't filled. The restaurant is very beautiful and stylish. We loved it but very expensive.
