Rooms & carpet need upgrade Bar shuts too early Restaurant food good

Great location but noisy

The host was great but noise travels through the rooms. We could clearly hear the conversation coming from the room beside us. We also booked 3 rooms the same but one room had a small double bed while the other two had king beds

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. I can see that you booked three Queen City View Rooms with queen beds. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for any bedding discomfort that you experienced. For any future stays, please do not hesitate to contact our Front Office Team about any bedding issues and we will be more than happy to see how we can assist. Please accept our apologies that the noise you encountered from the other room affected your stay. As you had booked three rooms under your name, we placed you in interconnecting rooms hoping to maximise your experience, we apologise that this was not the case. The shared door can allow for some noise from your friends next door, for that we do apologise. For any future stays, please do not hesitate to ask our Front Desk team for a room move, and if occupancy allows we will be more than happy to find an alternative for you via another Hotel Room away from disturbance or noise.
