We stayed here as a family of 4 for a city break in Wollongong. The hotel itself is fantastically located, almost directly on a lovely beach with a number of good restaurants nearby. It made walks to the beach very easy. Parking was easy in a large underground Carpark, and cost $35 a day. The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were professional and attentive. We felt well looked after and if we'd needed anything I'm confident that staff would have been able to help out. We ate at the bar one night and the food was decently priced for what we got. The breakfasts were extensive and great for kids - they loved the pancake maker! The selection for adults was good too, with cereals, fruits, pastries, and hot food all available. The room was well sized and the beds comfortable. The television in the room was very dated, lacking lots of features seen in most these days (e.g. Netflix) but we didn't spend much time watching TV so it wasn't too bad, although had there been a rainy day with kids it might have been different! The kids loved the pool. It was a good temperature and size, and we spent a few hours there having a splash around.

We came for a long weekend between Christmas New Year. Had a great stay but the beds were way too soft. We actually sunk into them and woke up with very bad backs. We were on level 6 - there were a few things in the communal areas which need a bit of a reno/refresh. Service was excellent and friendly. Location near the beach was brilliant!
