Please accept our apologies that the noise you encountered from the other room affected your stay. As you had booked three rooms under your name, we placed you in interconnecting rooms hoping to maximise your experience, we apologise that this was not the case. The shared door can allow for some noise from your friends next door, for that we do apologise. For any future stays, please do not hesitate to ask our Front Desk team for a room move, and if occupancy allows we will be more than happy to find an alternative for you via another Hotel Room away from disturbance or noise.
