Dear DIF1891, Thank you for your review and feedback on your stay with us. We appreciate your comments regarding the location and the convenience of being able to leave your bags in the luggage room. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the noise from the door. The doors you mentioned are fire protection doors, which comply with DIN regulations, and unfortunately, we are not allowed to modify them to ensure safety standards are met. Your feedback about the room standard and air conditioning settings is also noted. We are continuously working on improving our facilities and will take your comments into consideration. ご利用いただきありがとうございます。立地の良いホテルを選ばれたこと、そして地下に駐車場があることにご満足いただけたようで嬉しく思います。 立地の良さは旅行の醍醐味の一つですね。便利な場所に滞在することで、周辺の観光地やショッピングエリアへのアクセスがスムーズになります。そのため、どこに行くにも便利な立地のホテルを選ばれたのは賢い選択だったと思います。 また、駐車場が地下にあることも利便性において重要な要素です。地下に駐車場があることで、車を安全に保管できるだけでなく、天候や交通の影響を受けずにホテルへの出入りができます。特に都市部では駐車場の確保が難しいこともありますので、地下駐車場の提供は大変ありがたいですね。 今後も快適な滞在ができるよう、スタッフ一同努めてまいります。またの機会にぜひご利用ください。どんなご要望や質問があってもお気軽にお知らせください。お手伝いできることがありましたら、喜んでお手伝いいたします。ありがとうございました。

It sounds like your stay at the hotel in Erfurt was overall positive. The room was clean, had everything you needed and was quiet with a nice view. The breakfast was also good. You mentioned it was a bit pricey, but you did not experience any problems during your stay. We look forward to your next visit.
