Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful surroundings and great activities. Friendly staff and lovely food. We had booked for a Resort room with lake view, the room was quite basic and dated so we chose to upgrade to an executive room which was much more modern, fresher and brighter (the staff were awesome to deal with when requesting an upgrade). The food on site is very good, it has more breakfast option than anyone would ever need - highly recommend. If I were to share feedback/suggestion it would be to offer more daytime/evening food options as there is nowhere else (other than SOLA bar) within the resort to eat and it is a distance to other restaurants off site. Even something like having a chef run a BBQ station late afternoon would increase opportunity of food sales. Overall though I will certainly look forward to a future visit to the resort.

Many little things add up to my decision on staying again.

I'll start with the negatives that really add up to my overall view; 1. Check-in - I'd requested a twin room, thankfully I checked (my Mother had the same issue) as the room I was allocated was a double (I actually paid for Queen & SIngle) - the check-in said that there was a sofa bed... errr no. So we got moved. 2. With the new room it wasn't ready, so then had to have a meeting in the restaurant area as waiting on the room. 3. When I got my key, no mention of where it was other than "out and to the right" - I got very lost. 4. One restaurant isn't great, a small menu is worse. 5. I wanted to extend to a late checkout - unfortunately I arrived as a flight of guests did, there's something like two flights a day, it's not hard to know when to staff more than one person on the checkout line - this upset everyone who had to queue, I had to wait 40mins to be able to ask. 6. The trees in the car park nearest reception have bats/birds eating the figs - this is dropping acidic poo on the car roof. I moved my car after a few hours as realised, others won't be so lucky. 7. The in-room compendium on a phone is rubbish. 8. Your nano-thickness toilet paper isn't environmental, it's cost-saving. I have a bio-cycle system and it's fine with over the counter paper. The stuff you have you can see through... so end up using easily twice as much. The upswing... 1. Location is lovely, the room we finally got was fine, very comfortable and lovely lagoon view (as paid for). 2. Staff are always helpful. Overall, whilst I've been to Twin Waters many times over the years I think next time I'd be looking around for alternatives before choosing there - it's nice, but I'd prefer to avoid and find something new I think.

Love this resort

Lagoon room with balcony great , Beds comfy , Breakfast selection is outstanding, non water sports equipment free ( so should the stand up paddle boards ) we absolutely love .. 1 x table tennis table isn’t enough for this size resort . Bistro menu needs more of a selection especially after spending few nights. buffet restaurant food was honestly terrible ,You need to pick up your game there..

Close to airport

Friendly staff, convenient- close to airport and nice pool and surrounding area. Rooms were a little dated, air conditioning sounded like a freight train and food and dinning options were very poor.

A complete package staycation

We really adore the place because it is a one-stop hotel where all the things we need is just inside the hotel. Great activities, beautiful location, great accommodation and detectable menu.
