There was no drinking water in the room, I asked for upgrade to a room with 2 beds which wasn’t available that’s ok, but I worked out myself that I could unzip the beds - I would have expected this to be offered. There were empty glasses piled up on the bar and on tables, the staff looked really busy it wasn’t their fault but it looked messy. I’d brought a friend thinking it would be a nice treat but the experience was under whelming particularly as a gold member.

Service was some of the worst we have received especially at the price point. Ground level was requested at check in but was told that everything was already in our room and would need to be moved if we moved so we decided to stay in the allocated room. We got to our room at 4pm with our 6mo (room 491) expecting to be able to put him to sleep as 'everything was in the room' to find no cot or anything had been put there. I then spent the next half an hour calling reception on both their in room phone and my mobile to receive no answer. I had to walk to reception to request and was basically fobbed off and no care given. It then took another 2hrs to receive the cot after asking multiple other staff members. No towels where available at pool after 5pm. Room service is only a takeaway menu. Parking at check in is ridiculous. Not enough staff on for check in on a Saturday afternoon and once 5pm hits noone is to be found. Wouldnt stay again. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Great location. Wonderful activities for all of the family. Recreational areas are beautiful and well looked after. Rooms and corridors have become a bit tired and need a little refresh. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

It was relaxing place, we got upgraded which is nice. too bad it was raining all weekend we didn't get a chance to use facilities but will be back with our kids next time
