The rooms are in urgent need of renovation, and we would not consider returning unless this is addressed. The step-in bathtub with a plastic shower curtain felt outdated and did not meet the standards we would expect from a 4-star resort. We also paid for a “lagoon view” room; however, the view was extremely limited due to the room’s location. We had to step out onto the balcony and make a considerable effort to catch even a glimpse of the water, which was mostly positioned to the side/behind our room. Much of this already limited view was further obstructed by trees, making the upgrade very disappointing, especially as many other rooms appeared to have clear, water-facing views. We had originally booked a two-night stay with breakfast included but ultimately chose to leave after the first night due to feeling disappointed.

Our family of 4 had a great 2 nights. We had a garden view room which was perfectly fine and comfortable. The lagoon.and pool area were amazing for the kids. The beach was only a short walk too. The activities to do by the lagoon were awesome and they had lots of kids activities over Easter. The Easter egg hunt was a nice touch. All the staff were great. Only downside was as it was a public holiday weekend, Acoor plus discounts were not accepted.

Will visit again for sure. Excellent experience. Being near beach Dryer access inside the unit would have been favourable to dry the wet clothes.

Lobby was stunning, chick in was quick snd friendly. We were upgraded to executive king room, which was very clean snd tidy. Very close to pool and restaurant. The water sports were great for our girls, highlight of the trip.
