Fortunes Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

On arrival we noticed a few faults with the room we booked, but the staff member who checked us in was on hand to change our room and helped us set up the new room. The hotel is very family friendly with many games at hand in reception to entertain younger guests, an outdoor swimming pool and a lovely outdoor space. All in all, a very enjoyable stay in a lovely town.

No power outlet in the bathroom, so I had to use the hair dryer in the hallway. Also, there was no vanity set provided — even a small touch like some body lotion would have been appreciated

I find the breakfast boring, the restaurant food not very impressive, the bed too soft, and the overall room quality mediocre (e.g., the toilet being in such a small space). However, I think the location and service (e.g., assistance with booking a taxi) are good.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over a number of years, we always receive a friendly and warm welcome. The hotel has numerous facilities available, it is very comfortable and the staff are all, always very welcoming and friendly, they make our stay at the hotel a pleasure and it is always enjoyable.
