Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas de la Cité, très agréable, personnel à l'écoute. Petits bémols, les chambre "classiques" et salles de bain un peu petites mais bien équipées, places de parking un peu étroites et en pente, et lors de notre visite, le personnel du soir au restaurant manquait d'expérience (longue attente, erreur dans la commande), un peu juste pour un Mercure, mais néanmoins réactif et agréable !!

No me ha gustado la moqueta en habitaciones y pasillos, desde el punto de vista de la higiene no es correcto. La carne de la cena imposible de cortar....ternera casi cruda y conmmuchos nervios. El personal en general amable.

Well located, handy for old city. Free parking. Good size room, but a bit tired. Only 3 coat hangers. Safe very awkwardly positioned but didn’t work. Modern, well fitted bathroom. Separate toilet was old, with rickety toilet seat and poor flush. Breakfast had good selection but was average quality. We were very unhappy that a staff member’s dog was allowed to roam around the breakfast room going from table to table. After about half an hour it was picked up and taken behind the bar.
