Good location although we found the parking hard to find. Refurbed parts of the hotel are great but the rest is a bit tired looking. Staff are good. The negatives we had were the jacuzzi wasn't working, the stream room and hammam weren't that hot and once the pool was busy you don't really get your moneys worth from the spa area. Also, the bar shut before 11.20 on a Saturday night.

We arrived early and the lovely ladies at reception were very accommodating with getting us a room made available early. The entire hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries we had. Loved our stay here!

Very nice place to stay

We were checked in in no time at all. The city map with the suggested restaurants was a nice bonus. We spent a very nice time in Blois, visiting chateaux and strolling through town. Personnel was friendly throughout, service oriented as well. One point of criticism, no eggs to be had the last two mornings, apparently a stock rupture. Truly... eggs? That cannot be a problem that cannot be addressed. Yes, we did mention it. Rooms were nice and clean. Our room, alas, was facing the litter bins of the neighbors, so we only spent time to sleep and wash up. Parking and charging the plug-in hybrid car was a bonus. Thanks for that.
