Great location, friendly staff, only downside was the breakfast.

Dirty room no linen and stains every where .

This is my honest review based on my own experience, I hope this is helpful . Stayed here over night and paid a premium dollar , no bed was setup for my son as we had booked for , we had to call reception at 11.00 pm to have sheets and blankets sent up ( not a big deal but not what you want after enjoying a night out )bed could have been made better by a 4 year old , the underlay was still folded in half when the sheet was fitted to the bed , there where stains all over the underlay , stains on the lamp shade , stains on the floor and the walls where dirty , Honestly I have stayed in cleaner back packers than this place and to say I was disappointed is an understatement , after reading the reviews it seemed like a nice place to stay , couldn't be further than the truth in my opinion , after my personal experience staying at this place I would be looking elsewhere for accommodation. Final notes , staff were friendly and was good location close to everything. 2 Stars from me .

Didn’t get off to a good start as check in wasn’t amazing but that was my fault (I didn’t queue in the Accor members line and then got guzumped at the counter by a “Diamond Plus thank you very much and where’s my free upgrade” person. No gold status gift or upgrade for me (but not a big deal, it’s a pleasant surprise when offered). My biggest issue was the bed, which was made poorly, making it uncomfortable. The bed was seemingly assembled as a king. However the two single beds that formed the king had been made very much as single beds with sheets tightly tucked in, but then pushed together to make the appearance of a king bed. I didn’t realise till the middle of the night when I was tangled and not covered by the sheets as they didn’t extend across bed. There was no king underlay comforter that is usually applied across two single beds when they are joined this way to make a king bed in a hotel. I also discovered the beds were uneven, making for a fairly uncomfortable nights sleep. It felt as though I was not supposed to used one side of the bed so the housekeeper didn’t have to remake it for the next guest. All in all it wasn’t my best stay at this particular hotel (which I have stayed in many times).

I stayed one night for work. Arrived just prior to midnight and checking out before 9am the next morning. The staff were helpful on arrival and help me get checked in promptly. I also saw them helping other guests who needed assistance generally (e.g. one guest ordered Uber eats but no cutlery was provided so the staff member promptly organised this for them from the kitchen).
