Your standards need to increase. I was called a faggot by a guest and valet protected the guest and told me to leave. After the guest in question ran a red light and did an illegal you turn. I made a complaint to management and have not heard back. Clearly this hotel supports homophobia. I have the time, money & resources to peruse this further for both the guest and hotel. If you are LGBTI + I suggest you stay away from this establishment.

Generally my stay was good with the exception that there were no toothbrushes and toothpastes. I had to request them from the cleaners. Being a 4.5 star hotel, this was not supposed to be an issue but it turned out to be one. The room was spacious but it was dark, not enough lighting with lighting locations are in the wrong spots. One of the lights at the bed head wasn't broken. Finally, the TV wasn't working on the last day of my stay.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. Sadly the TV had been unplugged after this was rectified you could only get 1 station. The concierge was excellent. The hotel is well located near t tram stop.
