The hotel is ideally placed for the Grand Place and it's restaurants and the shopping in the city centre. However, it comes at a price if you have a room that overlooks the streets. There is a lot of late night noise from groups of young men arguing and shouting after the bars have closed. Inside, the rooms are perfectly adequate for a short stay.

I have 5 times stayed at Arras Ibis and have always found it and the Staff most helpfull AND ABOVE ALL ENJOYED BEING ABLE TO BOOK BY SPEAKING ON THE PHONE DIRECTLY WITH IBIS ARRAS. I will be staying there again soon on my Journey south via A26 from England and rate my experience at Ibis Arras 95/100. I am Disabled and find the rooms 112,212,312 extremely comfortable and will upgrade my marks to 100/100 when there is a little more Water Pressure in the Shower...important for my disability. It might be that the Shower headneeds cleaning......before I return to Arras Ibis,in January 2022. Shall I bring my tools and do it. Frank H.......wishing you Well. P.S am I writing to a Human being or to a Computer ?

Location was fab, check in easy. Got to room, small, smelt of cigarettes, dusty and no water! Was told water off all day and it finally came on at 1830. Breakfast ok but not an Ibis standard hotel

The Hotel is very well located and the room was spacious, however, everything smelt very strongly, probably cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Also it was very hot even with the heating off. As a consequence I had to open the window wide all night. Throughout the night there was considerable noise, due to it's central location. Then at 6 the bin men arrived, noisy and they left the engine running outside for over 15 minutes. 2 night stay but neither was a good nights sleep

The air conditioning was broken, so i was sweating all night. There was no maid service on account of covid, even if touch transmission has been discredited for months and most hotels offer it again. The internet and TV stopped working for a while. The toilet leaked out of the side, creating a puddle of water in the bathroom that had to be avoided.

The allocated rooms were dreadful! Hot, old fashioned, and cramped. No room to move or store things. No space between beds. Children expected to sleep in some kind of fold away box. No air conditioning- stifling hot in August. Not as advertised picture. Disgusting! We did not stay and moved hotel. I would expect a refund/discount from Ibis. Highly disappointing. The person on reception was polite, well mannered and helpful.

The air conditioning was "out of order" - just like that with no warning. The weather was extremely hot. A further spoliation was that the two large soap containers in our bathroom were both empty. One is possible. Two means a lack of inspection (or care). Awful in these COVID-19 times...

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I thank you also for your positive comments concerning the check in, check out and breakfast, despite the points of you disappointment that you shared with me. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. In fact, the air conditioning of our hotel did not work during your stay. The arrangements were taken for the repair but unfortunately the intervention couldn’t be done immediately. The team’s instructions were to inform all customers of this failure before check-in, in order to make the necessary arrangements in advance, I’m sorry this wasn’t done for you. The air-conditioning system has been restarted. The team of maids has been briefed again to verify correctly the filling of the dispensers soap. Please rest assured that these dysfunctions are independent of the covid protocols and rules for which we bring our full attention. Please note that this problem was an exception to our normal practices, therefore I loaded your ALL card with 2000 points in compensation for your stay. Charming staff and the hotel is very well located in the centre of town. Bedroom and bathroom are small even by Ibis standards. Equipment is more than dated.

Very impressed with the staff and the hygiene standards in this hotel during my stay this week. Obviously things are far from normal but under the circumstances the visit to Arras was made more enjoyable by the efforts of the hotel staff.

Centrally located hotel close to the picturesque Grand Squares with their cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. Attentive staff, good sized rooms and air conditioning. Also a central patio in which you can lock up your bicycles.

Very noisy people , drunken , disturbing us , around 5 am . One of our rooms was changed by somebody of the staff ( we ordered for rooms 321 and 323) which was confirmed, but our daughter got finally 324 .. with noisy neighbors
