The stay was good. Check in and out was easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was function and for the most part well appointed. Only thing that let the room down was have a small old bathtub with a shower head over the top and a shower curtain. The shower curtain kept sticking to me which was gross when you consider it would have been sticking to everyone else that used the room too.

I had another absolutely wonderful stay at Ibis Therry St Hotel! I don't stay that often but when I do it always exceeds my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. The room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access various attractions and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the amenities provided were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was well furnished; and as expected. We received a warm welcome at check-in; and being Platinum status, confirmed our included breakfast, welcome drink; etc. We had a few problems with the wi-fi, which were quickly resolved. Breakfast was ok, and check-in & check-out were professional and efficient
