We had a great stay due to the circumstances we are currently in this pandemic. We had to stay 3 days at the Novotel to wait to fly out of the UK. The room had an okay layout, I was sharing with my friends and felt that we all had our privacy when needed. The main thing that bothered me was the some shady stains on the wall. Everything else was clean in the room. My stay was great because of Corina, she is absolutely amazing and I can only wish her the best for her future. She was helpful, friendly and super quick with any of our requests. I would come back if I needed to stay overnight in Heathrow knowing that Corina was there and could say hi to a friendly face again! Value for money is there as it was quite cheap. I think my overall score would have been higher if I had visit the Hotel when all the facilities were open. This score is based on the fact that we are in a middle of a pandemic and the room itself did not have the best walls, carpet stains and tv (only two channels).
Nice stay but no 24 hour room service like stated.

Food was nice pool was nice. However wanted to order room service for food after 11pm to be told they they didn't want to turn the ive back in and there was only one member of staff on duty so he could not cook and watch reception at the same time. So had to order food which took over 1 and half hours to come as it was a Sunday. But over all a great stay.
not happy with the service no communication via the accor reservation to the hotel bookings wrong i have emails asproof

i am not happy with our stay to novatel im a loyal customer i travel 3 hours every year maybe x2 in a year to visit this hotel this time round im really upset and annoyed with the service communication the whole week of our holiday runied my anixty levels are really high i came to relax enjoy my self instead i been upset and low not good at all

I stayed in the hotel with my dog for a night in the midst of the Corona pandemic, when most of hotels were closed or not accepting visitors. I am very grateful for that. The hotel is very clean, the staff is most kind. I would definitely return here.

Turned up early, having selected a pre-noon online check-in time, as I always have. The jobs-worth we encountered wanted £20 per room to facilitate this. I have stayed here more than 10 times and never encountered this previously. I told her that we would just store bags and check in later, but then found that we needed to pre-pay car park as that had been sold off to a private contractor. As we stayed an hour over 24 hours, I expected to be charged another few for parking. I offered to pay whatever was due, but was told that this would not be necessary. Whilst this was welcome, I am not confident and would not be surprised to be billed £100 by some random 3rd party. I stay at Accor hotels venues 10-12 Times a year. I might be finding a new provider...
