As a gold member who stayed at a lot of accor hotels, this is the best accor hotel I have stayed at. I had a pleasant experience thanks to the excellet service of Steffania. She helped me with everything I needed and went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit florence.

We loved staying in the Junior Suite of the Hotel Cerretani Firenze. The location is very fortunate, close both to the train station and the historical centre of Florence. The room itself was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and elegantly decorated, and the subtle little touch of fragrance diffusers in the reception area and the bathrooms added to the atmosphere. The breakfast was ample and delicious, and we especially appreciated the afternoon tea and biscuits/sandwiches in the early evening. The team was very helpful and friendly, and we felt extremely welcome. As a dedicated tea lover, the only suggestion I would make would be perhaps to switch the brand of teabags provided, maybe to La Via del Tè, Dammann Frères, etc. With the understandable problems caused by the pandemic, this is the first time we have felt so well taken care of by a hotel, so the positive review is well deserved!
