Upon arrival we found out the tax that we paid. Priceline did not include the hotel city tax, Breakfast was not included, and parking was not included, we were blamed for smoking in the room or tampering with the smoke detector on the second we arrived which none of it was true, I would advise to have maintenance check the faulty smoke detector like you had maintenance do on the third day before you put blame on customers.

We were with you for four nights - three rooms - work colleagues. Your staff was the best. We appreciated all of the kindness and care in the lobby, restaurant and rooms. The rooms were clean and well cared for, one repair was made immediately, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the servers were engaging and so nice, the lobby staff helped us to print something, and the lounge was a great place to work and relax. The only suggestion was that we tried several times to confirm the reservation that was made months in advance prior by email and could not - but we did get a check in notice shortly before arrival. And this was during/after the Olympics so things must have been so busy. Overall - the staff made a good hotel experience a really great one. Thank you!

We've stayed in many Novotels but this is definitely the worst. Rooms are basic and ours had a slight smell of smoke. For some reason neither room in our party was cleaned though we were out all day. Breakfast was basic and completely unattended. Staff seemed mostly disinterested. On the plus side the rooms were at least clean but need refurbishment. We chose this hotel because of the pool but it was really dirty and sad. Overall, very poor.
