Housemaid on 4th floor appalling, and our friends who had a room on the roadside of the building, were kept awake by the music from the nightclub opposite.

Picked this one over the Budget, but still very much had a budget feel. Ridiculously tiny bathroom, no storage space in the room, not even hooks for hanging coats. Hotel in a good location for bars/restaurants etc.

Convenient for the station

Well located, affordable

We had a great stay. The room was clean & comfortable which had everything we needed for a 1 night stay while attending a gig at the Guildhall, a 500m walk away. Staff were friendly & helpful too, so at under £40 a head, all in all it was the perfect stay as it served our purposes completely. Very happy to recommend

This stay was at a fairly low cost hotel. The room was very small as was the shower room but there was space for everything we needed and the shower was far better than others we have used in more expensive venues

Very welcoming and helpful staff on arrival. No problems with the parking which is always a worry when I get to city centres. Simply park around the back and give your registration at checking. £10 per night. Room was small but nothing unexpected. Bathroom also very compact but does the job. Only problem was the noise from other guests coming in late at night. The hotel is across the road from the city centre which there is no noise from, but inevitable that some guests are going to make the most of the nightlife I guess.

Beware who you book though

Hotel was very clean and good food. Toilet very small. But I must stress book though the hotel direct. I booked though get a room who ripped me off 300 pounds and would not repay it back. Even though I canceled within 5 minutes of making the booking though them. So I rebooked though the hotel. The get a room was an American firm who charged £80 pounds tax on top of the room charge. So in the end it cost me £500 pounds for two nights.
