Very positive. Booking and organisation efficient. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly (particularly Barbara, the Brazilian). Negative point: the bedroom carpet should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

A well situated and accessible Ibis

On arrival i received a very good welcome and a swift and professional check in by Daniel and his colleague, Daniel was also very friendly and knowledgeable The hotel is only 5 to 10 minutes Walk from the central Station and there is a Tram stop only a few seconds from the front door I found my Rio comfortable and clean Breakfast was also very good and plentiful and the staf maintained and replenished it frequently 10/10

cleaning lady came very early and basic things such as glasses and tissue paper to drink from were missing
