5-10 Minutes from Hauptbahnhof. 20 Minutes from the shopping district. Housekeeping did not do their work good enough. Always check that there is enough toilet paper and soap/shampoo.

Everything was ok except for the shower head that was leaking. The room which was cleaned on a regular basis was clean. Good location.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, as we were passing through Munich. The biggest highlight of this property is its location. It’s within walking distance of the München Hauptbahnhof, which is incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation easy, and the area offers a good selection of restaurants. We arrived before the official check-in time, and our room was already ready, so we were able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was standard Ibis – functional and clean, but not part of the newer Ibis “new bedding” renovation. One positive aspect was that the bathroom in our room still had a standard door instead of the newer frosted glass ones, which we appreciated. On the downside, the soundproofing could be better. The street can be quite noisy, and as mentioned in other reviews, the windows don’t block out the noise very well. At times, it felt like the tram was passing through the room. Fortunately, we were very tired, so it wasn’t a major issue for us, but it might be a concern for light sleepers. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for short stays. Its central location, and friendly staff make it a convenient choice, but the noise level is worth considering.
