Anonymous Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

My 5th floor room was very clean and well-cared for. The reception staff were polite and cordial but without the warmth or friendliness which as a solo traveller in an unfamiliar country I would have really appreciated. I did however appreciate the fact that they were patient in listening to, & communicating in, my very basic level German. I would stay here again.

The hotel, the room and the personnel were excellent. But the choices for vegetarians or vegans for breakfast were very limited, there was, e.g., no vegan bread spread, just thinks like ham and salami and cheese.

Your staff behave guests very unfriendly.room was cold.bed and pillow very bad.i could not sleep.
