All Staff Members went their way to look out for me. They all made it their responsibility to make sure that I was noticed, acknowledged, listened to, and looked-out for even thought I did not disclose much about my fears and anxieties about being foreign and a minority in Heidelberg. When I was afraid to go out at night-time to go to the station's supermarket to get butter, they went all their way out to open the kitchen to get me butter for me. I will NEVER, EVER FORGET this kind gesture. You naturally, without second thoughts HUMANISED ME!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.... Every morning and all time of the day I was greeted with Unconditional Love, Warm, Acceptance and Belonging by all members of staff at all shifts. Be it the receptionists who went their way out to use the internet for restaurant guides, to the amazing staff in the dinning hall, who by the way fed me to my heart's content. I have never eaten soo much in my life!!!! What a delicious choice of a plethora of authentic German Breakfast Cuisine. I am so grateful to all of you, For Just Being You... I am about to book my next stay in six week's time. Ever so grateful, Unathi
