Our stay with family was pleasant. Rooms are clean & spacious for a family with a small kid. Extra beds for children must be booked in advance. Pros: Friendly Staff Central location near the Central Station Clean rooms & bathroom Excellent parking solution - using the Public ( Monitored) par garage right around the corner with 50% discount for a night at €5 , nothing better than this in the city center Accor status honoured & welcome drink offered pro-actively Contra: The window in the Bathroom are transparent, so it feels a bit strange as there is a high rise office building right across. We liked the hotel very much

easy city trip

All good, everything was fine. Breakfast solution with service at the buffet due to Corona time was also ok, would not want that though if there were lots more people staying (waiting time). Room was very small and simple but for the price ok.

Good chain hotel

The hotel is located between the main train station and the town centre. Easily within walking distance. The rooms are clean, neat and functional. The staff cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is standard german fare, great bierhalle nearby at the station, 1512.

Very poor service

When I was booking the hotel, there was an option to write for the hotel and ask for question. Not only was not completed, even noone reacted or answered. Same by the check-in, i have added a credit card in order to charge online, the booking system has accepted it, but i had to pay finally at the check in, although I was informed, that if I pay online, I don't have to worry about this on the spot. I was intend to stay at this hotel a few nights every month. But due to the poor level of service, I am considering to choose other hotels.
