You usually don’t have high expectations for airport hotels, but the Ibis Paris CDG Airport really bucks the trend. The location is a massive plus. You’re practically attached to the station, making it ridiculously easy to catch both the RER and the CDGVAL. Having a great little Italian restaurant on-site for lunch alongside an attached Starbucks makes transit logistics effortless. The service also stood out. The hotel was completely packed the entire time we were there, but the staff handled the rush effortlessly. Rewan at check-in was especially helpful and welcoming. As for the room itself, it’s compact and a bit sparse, but that honestly makes sense for an airport stay where nobody expects to unpack for a long trip. The bed was very comfortable, and getting a clear view of the airport runway was a fantastic bonus. It definitely could have used a little more dusting, but with turnover this high and rapid, you really can't complain too much. A genuinely solid, stress-free spot that completely delivers on what an airport hotel should be.

I booked this hotel for one simple reason: to get a few hours of sleep before leaving. The location was convenient, and all I needed was a bed. The room was tiny, with barely enough space to move in the bathroom, but I was willing to overlook that for a short stay. Then an alarm went off for almost half an hour, with no one available to respond. It ruined the reason I had booked the room for and defeated the entire purpose of my stay.

- As I entered the room I did not expect a small step and I nearly tripped. - I had trouble to get out of the shower. Very unconfortable. very little room to manouver. It has a big step down to get out for a small person and no bar to hold on to. I felt quie unsecured. let m mention that I am very familiar with CDG ibis hotel. I booked and paid this hotel since early August for a one night stay. I also paid for early check in to ensure I had a room available after a 14 hour flight. Arrived at 7:15 am, I already knew that early check in starts at 9:00 am so just wanted to confirm all was ok with my reservation to which I have already done online check in. I was told all was ok by the agent at that time. An hour and a half later, I was informed by a different agent that hotel was fully booked and no room was available (even though since I arrived I saw about 20 people checked out. I asked to speak with the manager who said that "I could not have been informed that I will be getting my room as the original agent said so", so basically I was called a liar. I told him I prepaid everything to make sure when time came I had a room. He said he had no cleaned room and that I needed to wait. 2 hours and a half later, and just 30 minutes away from the normal check in time I was provided a room. To my surprise, the room was not cleaned at all, the bathroom faucet was yellow instead of white. And, on top of that, I was given a room with NO AIR CONDITIONER. When I asked I was told that there was a "new policy" that rooms had the AC disconnected. This is nowhere to be found in my reservation documents. I also asked several other guests if their room had the same AC issue which they said no, that they had perfect air conditioner. I was asked to "open the window" so the room can be ventilated if needed -- this window, just opened partially, about 1/4. And remember this is an aiport hotel, right by the airfield, which besides the normal noise of arriving planes, had the problem of being polluted. I am under the impression that I was punished by the manager just because I claim for something I had already paid and was entitled to. 250Euros for a room with no ventilation, no AC and the worst customer service ever. And this being a so called "Accor" member. I will never use this hotel again and will be requesting a total refund of my fee.

I like Accor hotels, rarely a bad experience, and whilst the location was good, there was no aircon in the room, I had it on 5*, and the room was so hot I couldn’t sleep. I asked downstairs and was told that the whole hotel was warm, because they expected the weather to be cooler by then, and there was nothing they could do about it, and I should write to complain, and get compensation. Dusappointing.
