Not good at all - cocroach in the room, small bathroom, the sofa bed open in my while i was checking alone was not needed at all and was taking too much space (room 132). Good reaction from staff facing the issue, was expecting significant discount, not only new room.

very bad experience at the bar

Nameless Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

I recently received a voucher for a welcome drink during my stay at your hotel. When my wife and I went to the bar to redeem the voucher, the staff member provided us only one cola, explaining that the voucher was valid for just one drink. This was quite awkward for us. I'd like to mention that a few days prior, we stayed at another hotel under the ACCOR corporation, where we were informed that for a double room, the welcome drink voucher applies to two guests. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it seems there might be some inconsistency in how the welcome drink vouchers are handled across your hotels. I look forward to your clarification on this matter.

Room is neat and tidy, you get the view you pay for. The breakfast was really nice. Dinner was a bit under expectations. Overall friendly and helpful staff and a good stay close to the eifel tower.
