The hotel is clean and the staff helpful. The rooms cannot accommodate much storage for clothes either in your suitcase or hanging up. The two small thin bath towels for two poeple is insufficient and the bathrooms are smaller than those on a ship,

The room was very very basic, single bed was small or i should say pettit. Toilet was very small, hardly I manage to fit in besides I am not big. I am size 12 so you could figure out that for average person it was small. One of the receptionist wasn’t friendly or I should put in a simple word that “just dont ask me question” The house keeper just entered without knocking besides I had put the “ do not disturb “ sign. I was shocked that first time someone could enter my room.

Well located, but booking system leaves a lot to be desired

I have stayed here many times, but there is a clear booking issue. The booking was cancelled and while that issue was resolved, Ibis STILL took money for the original booking. Despite a promise it would be returned...it hasn't been. The room was also incredibly noisy and the bathroom cramped. Not a great experience from what is, quite often, a very decent hotel.
