Close to the center of Orleans and friendly staff

This is a hotel close to the center. Staff is very friendly. If you love tea you will get a nice selection of loose tea to prepare for breakfast. The price is a bit on the highside for an Ibis type hotel.

Budget Hotel - Looking a bit tired

We stopped here a few years ago when passing through Orleans and rather liked it. Yes, it was a budget hotel but it was quite smart in a quirky way. Unfortunately it hasn't aged well. We visited this August and it looked very tired. Our room and the the en suite were both very small. Some staff were friendly, some not so much. It's a convenient location but I wouldn't visit again. Also, beware: It looks like the hotel has an underground car park next to it, but it doesn't belong to the hotel. It belongs to (I think) a health club. Once you've gone down there it isn't that easy to get out again! You have to park on the street.

A major benefit of Ibis chain of hotels is their standards in the setup of the rooms, supplementary facilities, and good locations. Also in Orleans we could relax from a cycling tour (storage room available) and enjoy the city.

The hotel is very well located close to the down town.It is quite old inside, the room are very small.I think that it is quite expensive for what you got.Nevertheless the staff is very kind gentle and polite.

Super service and great location for good price

The location, room, bed, breakfast and price were perfect. But the service of the people was really great. They helped us with nice tips but also made great efforts to send us the stuff we forgot in the hotel back to our country. So nice experience. And Orléans is a great place to explore architecture, restaurants and shops.
