We arrived early and were refused early check-in even though no attempt was made to check whether the room was ready. The room was incredibly small - the door banged the bed on entry! The shower was tiny. The rooms are poorly insulated for sound and the climate control was unresponsive. There was no restaurant offer, only a buffet offering a pate, cheese, a hot-plate and one dessert at €20. However, this is not generally a problem as the hotel is 200m from Beaune centre. Location and parking are good otherwise nothing to recommend it.

We are sorry that the service and service did not live up to your expectations, and we ask you to accept our sincere apologies. Well located but some aspects of stay not the usual standard

On checking in, we were given a room that had not yet been cleaned and made up. We were quickly shown a new made-up room. The room was small, and a little tired, and included a showerhead that constantly pointed to the round and could not be adjusted. Bed comfy, so that was for us, the main plus point.

Nice hotel in a great location

We spent 2 nights and had a nice stay. The room was tiny, but we had read reviews ahead of time and were prepared. The wifi was down which is inconvenient when you are traveling from out of country and depend on free wifi to keep in touch with family. We especially missed being able to watch Netflix as the cable didn’t have English channels. Also, the TV wasn’t very “smart”, as you couldn’t change the subtitles to English.

Arrived around 8pm. Very surprised to only be offered a “buffet” consisting of one cold meat and one cheese with a custard tart for dessert for €22 !
