Good location, basic but convenient room.

Dear Ranto, Thank you for providing us with feedback about your recent experience. We are pleased to hear you found our location convenient and appreciated the practical setup of your room during your business trip. Your Classic membership in our loyalty program is valued, and we are glad your experience reflects this appreciation. However, we are sorry some aspects did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear you could not find any dairy products. We have changed the layout of the breakfast so the yoghurt is on a different place than where it used to be. Please do not hesitate to ask our breakfast colleagues for help. They are very happy to assist you in finding what you’re looking for. Regarding housekeeping, our three-day service cycle aims to balance comfort with sustainability, though we understand preferences may vary and are happy to clean your room upon request via the reception or the QR code in your room. Nonetheless, we hope the central location allowed you to explore Nijmegen’s historic charm between meetings. Your insights help us refine our offerings, and we appreciate your honest input. I'm a regular guest since years and generally the personnel is friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable. However, this time I had room 409 and it was very noisy: The windows were not tight, so the cold and the noise from the train station came in. Also, every night there was a constant dripping noise from somewhere outside of the hotel building, although there had been no rain at all.

However, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations, particularly regarding the noise levels in your room. Please know that we are exploring additional solutions to enhance tranquility for all guests. We will also look into the dripping noise you mentioned.
