Good location, basic but convenient room.

I'm a regular guest since years and generally the personnel is friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable. However, this time I had room 409 and it was very noisy: The windows were not tight, so the cold and the noise from the train station came in. Also, every night there was a constant dripping noise from somewhere outside of the hotel building, although there had been no rain at all.
