Very friendly personal staff, especially Yana at reception desk and Galina in breakfast area

EGOR, Rude and disrespectful employsee... He tried to disgrace our wonderful Russian holiday but failed. Someone should teach Egor that the most important purpose of working in a hotel is to serve and assist the customer. I hope the hotel management gives this person the necessary training.
