All was okay but the room we got needs a good clean. Toothpaste stains were on the sink and my wife had 2 day’s of dust allergie attacks when she was in the room.

Good location but considering the price the room was not up to usual standards and has tarnished my view of Mercure. The room is a little dated and the temperature control is also substandard. Furthermore I noted dust on certain fixtures such as the bed lights which also had strands of loose cloth dangling from them. The bathroom mirror light didnt work either which, considering the bathroom lighting set up must have been noticed by staff servicing the room yet not acted on. Overall the cost of the room for the nights I stayed, and considering my experiences at Mercure hotels elsewhere was disappointing. The next nearest hotel was a Marriott Moxy which matched the nightly rate yet looked considerably more modernised and likely to have been a more enjoyable experience. I would not stay here again.
