The hotel was perfect for a 1 night stay in the city centre of Den Haag with everything important on walking distance. Though check in was not really smooth and took quite a while although we were the only persons arriving. Breakfast was also satisfying.

I waited at the restaurant for 1 hour for dinner. I ordered pizza and after 25 minutes i was told mushrooms are not available. And then i placed another order but it took forever to come, so i ordered food to room. The food arrived and was fine but then i called to order dessert, and after 10 minute i got a call that bananas are not available. I just gave up and slept. The next day i called for dental kit and i was told to come downstairs to pick as there was only one person at the reception. When i used the towel after taking shower, the towels smelled used and not fresh. It was disgusting.

I stayed at the Hotel Mercure Den Haag from 2nd to the 7th of June 2024. I would like to commend the professional approach of the staff at the Hotel who have been extremely prompt & supportive with all my requests. While departing from the hotel, I even forgot my travel adaptor, which was immediately traced & retained in their safe custody, till it was collected for dispatch. Everyone from the staff at the reception to the crew at the cafe where breakfast was being served were very warm & welcoming. My best wishes to the entire team at Hotel Mercure!

Our room wasn’t ready at 2 pm. We had to wait until 3 pm
