we use this for business meetings and continue to have challenges - either with rooms and meeting rooms… its like the staff dont care about the guests

Recently stayed at the Sofitel and from arrival to departure the experience was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Room was great with an upgrade provided, facilities were second to none, while the location with public transport is excellently positioned with easy ride to and from the airport as well as the city centre.

Helpful staff, great breakfast even though a little expensive. Room very spacious and well maintained. It was a little hard to find the parking entrance
