Nice reception, good to be able to check in the beginning of the afternoon. Payment for the room was made on beforehand via debit card, which did not appear to the reception on checking out. Did take some time to find that payment, can be smoother.

From the moment I walked through the door,I was met with the loveliest smile and welcome from a lady,who's name began with K-i think it was Karmel.From then on,every member of staff was courteous,professional but most importantly for me,warm.The beds,sheets and duvets are super comfortable and the location of the Hotel was ideal for me-a 3/4 minute walk from the train station.I would love to stay here again-I highly recommend it.

My stay was very good and pleasant. But women are mean to ourselves. If I had been a man, they would not have given me that room. I did not ask for one with views of the cathedral, but on the sides there were other better rooms.
