The location is perfect to access all nearby historic sites and restaurants. Our room was a quadruple occupancy suite comprised of two rooms that share a hallway so very private and connected. The floors had some water damage and rhe beds were a bit hard. Parking is easy nearby. Staff very helpful.

The new rooms are well appointed and bed comfortable, however our allocated room smelt strongly of drains / sewage. Michael, your receptionist acted promptly and efficiently and moved us to a suite which was much appreciated, however this lacked proper desk space or high level power sockets for my laptop. I noted an odour of drains again the following morning on the 7th. floor. Excellent breakfast in your rooftop restaurant and again friendly efficient staff. The issues I have raised relate to the property design and maintenance which lets down the quality of service offered.

We were warmly welcomed on December 23rd by the lovely Celine and a man in a Christmas sweater. The atmosphere was great. We were there for 1 night on our way to Spain. Valet parking was nice. The room was spacious and neat. The bed was lovely but was just a bit high for a small person. Only the toilet was a disappointment; very small and you could not easily open or close the door while you also had to sit down (acrobatic way). All in all a nice stay and we would love to come back.
