Hello, I checked in on 7/8 and checked out on 8/8. Check in staff was not so professional, check out staff was very professional. Room was large enough, well equipped, very good bed and nicely decorated. What I didn't like in the room was the noise of the airco and the fact that it was not perfectly clean (I found several dark hairs in the room/bathroom + no cleaning was done around the soap dispensers). I was impressed by your breakfast area, really congratulations for that, a really beautiful place. I particularly appreciated the large choice of quality products and the fact that the staff brought coffee to the table. Check out went seemless.

lovely staff at all levels.Couldn't have a proper meal on Friday (electric problems in kitchen) so staff did their best to provide us with something.

We've stayed here before and came back because it was so accommodating. The location is perfect - able to get to the center of town via the Gallerie/shopping center. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and the tram. We took the tram to the beach, a 30-minute ride. No need for a car! The rooftop pool and bar were relaxing. The spa and gymnasium are a nice addition too. Best place to stay when in Montpellier.
