We were close to many good point of the city but the room really need to be refreshed. The Ac smell bad, the bathroom is really in the old "style"

Poor FO comportment

As a former Accor GM - see Linked In profile - the front office experience was remarkably poor. Day of Arrival: arrived early to hotel - and entered lobby (10:30am). I approached the desk (I stood in front of the desk for a few seconds, empty lobby) - and given the comportment of the young lady (ignored my approach) I concluded that this was a business corner and she was another guest (rather than a front desk) and sought to access the floor above. Once I recircled back to the check in - the young lady in question looked up from her laptop only when I was right in front of her. Amazing!. I have worked across Europe and Americas for Accor - with Sofitel brand, but also very intimately with the brand folks at Midscale and Economy - and this girl was bottom 3 employees at countered over 25 years of Accor. As a recommendation, I would suggest a re-training and getting through to this girl that the customer is her focus. The bag retrieval was also poor - and I can give you a certain lapse in verbal discourse, that would not be appropriate for a 4 star city hotel. I would be happy to update you in person.
