Our stay was good. The hotel was located in the centre of the city, but we received an accessible room, which was really not ideal. You would think that, given my status with Accor, the front desk agent would take some additional time to place us in a comfortable room. I don't think the hotel was full either, so there would have been a possibility to do that. Also, there was onl one towel in the room for two guests and the air conditioner did not work. Additionally, I am more concerned that with Accor in Europe, status does not seem to mean anything compared to Marriott or Hilton, where even as a silver member, staff take the extra time to ensure a comfortable stay.

Welcoming staff in a well-located hotel. The hotel is stylish, organised. Room is comfortable & functional, yet showing signs of getting old in small details (tile joints cracks, soap bottle next to the non-functional holder, ...). Continental breakfast is nice, showing specific local products.

We stayed 2 nights the middle of October. Turned on what we thought was the air. Left for a few hours, came back and the room was stifling hot. Apparently, all that was running was the fan. The air was turned off, for the season and turned over to heat. Had a sleepless night ! They brought up a fan for our second night. That helped, but I was extremely disappointed. I feel this is something that should be in their description on their website. We never would have stayed there had we known.. Rooms were clean, but incredibly small. Barely enough room for 2 small carry on suitcases.

This hotel has a lot going for it, great location, nice sized rooms, very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff…but the rooms were so incredibly hot we could not sleep! The hotel is advertised as having A/C, but when we inquired why our (3) rooms wouldn’t cool down, they told us they’ve switched the air conditioning off for the season. End of October, still has warm temps, so I don’t know why they would do this. Our room did not have a window, but a balcony door, with fire escape stairs so it was not secure to leave the door open. Once we realized you could latch the door to crack it open that did help. The hotel did give us a fan which also helped, but if sleep quality is poor, I can’t give a good rating, even when everything else was great. The guest should always have control over the temperature of their room, and advertising A/C but then not having access to it is false advertising.
