Centrally located for the cathedral and town centre . 10 minutes walk Railway station 10 mins in a taxi Superb hotel in terms of welcome and decor on arrival . Superb room , we had an executive room with bath robes , slippers and little fridge . Well worth it Z we also paid for breakfast which was worth it Great selection of continental meats, breads and cereals and well as bacon and scrambled eggs . Good choice of hot drinks We also had an evening meal in the restaurant and that was ok . Good choice and reasonable price Room facilities good. Kettle , coffee machine hair driver . Good size Tv Nice shower and toiletries Bar area welcoming

No food available after 8.30pm despite ordering at 8.15. Staff very rude. There is no excuse for the level of rudeness. Some will say that is typical French but in a service industry, levels of customer service should exceed this. There was no alternative nearby so we had no food.

Excellent hotel. Good value.

Great hotel. Room was very spacious and we were upgraded to a room with Nespresso machine and dressing gown and slippers. Staff were very friendly and their English was excellent. The meal in the restaurant we had was very nice too. It’s ideally situated and very quiet but not far from city centre.

Super friendly staff, (Sarah was very helpful and gave solid tips). Great location and very easy walk to Place Drouet-d’Erlon, (the heart of Reims) and Notre Dame Cathedral. It’s a 17 min walk along a river to Champagne houses like Veuve and Pommery.

Avoid this hotel until they remodel

Checked in and checked straight out and moved to another local hotel. Tried thee rooms including a suite and they were not clean and desperately in need of redecorating. Apparently not been refreshed since 2012! This hotel may have been a four star once, but a long time ago. Car park and communal areas smelt really bad. Staff however were very understanding and helpful.
