Roburite Couples - TripAdvisor review

We stayed in an 11th floor Privilege room. The view was great. It was very nice, clean and plenty of room. Part of the breakfast room is set aside for Privilege customers. My only gripe is that the restaurant was only doing buffet meals at €32. On most evenings I only want a small plate. We discovered that the Van Der Valk hotel, next door, has an excellent restaurant. Which is lucky because there isn't anything else nearby. If you are walking from the station try to find the route alongside the canal, it's the quietest way.

Lobby and entrance area very nice. Took a long time to check in even though we completed online prior. Walk to the metro 10-12 minutes then 7 stops into central, not the worst but could be better. Room reasonable size and full size mirror available. Bed quite uncomfy

No one answered to calls made from room to reception (several times), no one helped when I wanted to heat a food for dinner and the request was just 2 mins microwave (spoke to reception, bar, restaurant :( ), no one helped when internet wasn't working, suddenly room lights turned off a day and had to ask housekeeping/hotel executive for help in the evening. next time definitely have to think of stay here...
