Arrived late but meet by friendly reception staff. Room on 6th floor, comfortable bed, clean and all the amenities provided. Good nights sleep before our return back to the UK. Lovely breakfast, clean hotel with ample parking even though it was busy. Hopefully see you again soon.

The only problem with the hotel was the distance from the city centre. Hotel was fabulous, staff brilliant rooms very good

That said, we understand that our location's proximity to the city center may not meet every guest's preference. For future visits, we recommend taking advantage of the nearby bus stop, which offers a quick 10-minute ride to central attractions. We also hope you were able to explore the Stadspark right behind our hotel during your stay, it's a favorite spot for many guests seeking a peaceful retreat. The facilities at this hotel are great. Comfortable, clean rooms, a dining room and bar in case you want to eat in, a separate breakfast room, car park, bikes for hire, 24 hour reception. The highlights were the quality of the food, the choice at breakfast and most of all the friendly and helpful staff

Modern hotel, well situated in Groningen. Easy to walk to from the train station and easily walkable to the town centre. Staff are lovely and friendly and the breakfast in the morning was good. Bonus was the band we had been to see were also staying there (pure coincidence but a highlight)

駅からのアクセスはあまりよくない。バスを乗り過ごすと30分待つか、別のバスで20分ほど歩くかのどちらかになる。最寄りのバス停からもちょっと歩く。部屋に備え付けのアメニティーはシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープだけでフロントに確認したが歯ブラシしかなかった。メルキュールなので持ってきてくれるのかと思っていたら、フロントまで自分で取りに行かなければいけなかった。また歯ブラシのペーストは袋に入っていて一度封を開けると乾燥していくだけなので管理が難しかった。くしや綿棒、スリッパなどのアメニティーはない。シングルルームだとバスローブも借りれないので寝るときのパジャマを持って行った方がいい。窓は一重で冬は寒い。エアコンを調整しても寒めだった。部屋に有料のミニバーはなく、無料のお茶とコーヒーがあるが、砂糖の袋は破れているしポッドもちょっと汚かったので一度煮沸してから使った。冷蔵庫の中はびちょびちょだった。部屋に無料の飲料水はなく、代わりに節水の文言と水を人に寄付できるQRコードがある。シャワールームは上からと持って動かせるヘッドの2種類があった。どちらも節水のためか水の勢いは弱めだった。温度の調節は簡単だった。ベッドはとても清潔で寝心地も良かった。金庫やクローゼットは特に問題はなく、スペースも十分ある。コンセントからのスマホの充電は電力が足りないのか充電停止中と出るが実際は少しずつ充電されていて持って行ったプラグやケーブルと相性が悪かった。ベッドサイドにはコンセントはなかった。ベッドサイドのランプは壊れているのか付かないし、ベッドがあるエリアの天井に電球がないので夜はだいぶ暗い。朝食はとても美味しいわけでもありえないぐらい不味いわけでもなく、まあまあだった。ただし、温められている料理は水蒸気が多いのかべちゃっとしていてあまり美味しくはないのと、蓋を開けた時に水蒸気で軽くやけどしている人が何人かいた。ハムが酸化していて変色してしまっていたり、ジュースに虫が浮かんでしまっていたりあまり管理は良くなさそうに見えた。座席は頻繁に掃除されないので前の人のパンくずなど落ちたままだった。朝食会場のスタッフさんの愛想はとても良かった。その場で絞るオレンジジュースはとても美味しかった。部屋にお茶やコーヒーを持ち帰れるコップがある。ただし小さいのでお湯を注ぐとあふれる。部屋の掃除をするかどうかのドアに掛ける紙がぺらっぺらなのでドアを閉める際に反対側に回ってしまっていることもあり、ちゃんと確認してから閉めた方が良い。全体的にエコに配慮しているというよりコスト削減したな...と思えることが多くてあまり楽しくはない。 ホテルから10分ほど歩けばスーパーがある。ちょうどホテルの前の道路を工事中だったので景観は良くなかった。初めて行く国だったので、治安等不安でメルキュールならきちんとしたブランドのホテルだし。まともだろうと思っていたけど、高い金を払ってこれぐらいのサービスなら別のホテルに泊まった方がましだったなと思う。予約時の備考欄に対して返信もないし、市民税の説明もなく予約時と請求書の値段が違う。ヨーロッパで一番嫌なトコジラミがいなさそうなのと安全性の面では安心感はあったのでホテルとしては許容範囲内かなとは思うがメルキュールとはあまり思えない。
