Everything was okay until bedtime. The beds were so soft if you moved you could fall out of bed. At night you were kept awake by the noise from the nightclub across the road until at least 3am

We have been staying here for 13 years and love it. Staff are always very helpful and the hotel has great amenities with a wonderfully chilled relaxing vibe and it's location is fantastic. Already booked up for next year. On this occasion it was unfortunate that when we arrived both lifts weren't working and we were staying in the Executive Sweet on the top floor. However staff member Robin happily volunteered to assist us with carrying our luggage which was very much appreciated. In fact whilst all staff were very helpful as always i would like to make a special mention about Robin who went above and beyond to help us with anything throughout the entirety of our stay. He is a star!
