Hotel location is great, downtown, close to the river. However, overall facility is now definitively old fashioned and requires some refreshers. Breakfast can be better presented as well products availability to be better

My experience was not that great, the rooms are really old, a lot of things don't work properly. The breakfast is not really good, the croissant tasted old, and the buffet was not looking good.

Acceptable stay - Bad reception

I don’t consider an acceptable policy to ask golden card customer to pay twice the price of the room 2 days before arrival. It’s unacceptable that reception people never recognize you as good customer. I travel a lot and you can find this attitude only in this hotel.
